Return Policy

At BRITCHES, we are committed to delivering a premium shopping experience with every order. However, due to the denim items and the importance of maintaining hygiene and product integrity, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product — especially if it has been damaged or tempered by buyer.

Exchange Policy – Damaged Products If you receive a product that is damaged upon delivery, we offer an exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • How to Request an Exchange:

    • Contact Us Within 24 Hours
      • Reach out to us via email at support@britches.in or by phone‪ 8009892009‬ within 24 hours of receiving the product.
      • All the Tags, Labels and Accessories should be as it is. In case any item is missing then product will not be eligible for the exchange or refund.

  • Submit an Unboxing Video

    • A mandatory unboxing video is required. This video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage to the product.

  • Raise the Claim Within 24 Business Hours

    • All claims must be submitted within 24 business hours from the time of delivery. Claims made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

  • Verification Process

    • All exchange requests are subject to review, inspection, and approval by BRITCHES.

  • COD Refunds as Store Credit

    • Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be provided as BRITCHES store credit only.

  • Exclusions for User Mishandling

    • Any damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or incorrect usage will not be covered under this policy.

  • Processing Timeline

    • Once approved, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. However, products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • The item arrives with physical damage
  • The item is missing parts or accessories
