Yes, most of our jeans are true to size. If a style runs smaller or larger, we’ll note it on the product page. When in doubt, refer to our Size Guide or contact our support team. - How do I care for my BRITCHES denim?
To preserve quality, wash your jeans inside out in cold water and air-dry them. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. For raw denim, minimize washing to maintain fit and color. Always hang jeans inside out to protect them from dust and prevent fading from indirect sunlight. - How long will it take to receive my order?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. - Can I return or exchange my jeans?
Absolutely! We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging including all the all the accessories, labels and tags. - What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. - How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account to check order status anytime. - Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
